He’ll be on site offering up Valentine’s smooches if your heart desires. (Be careful, they’re a little drooly!)
Carnegie Carnival is the largest fundraiser for the Carnegie Visual Arts Center and all proceeds benefit Carnegie and help sponsor pet adoptions.
