Austin High School

Marley Froscello, a senior at Austin High School, is the daughter of Kevin and Ashley Froscello. Currently, she is ranked third in a class of 300. She is a member of the National Honor Society and serves as treasurer. She is also president of the National English Honor Society and is a member of the French Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and is an Austin Ambassador. Marley has participated in band for seven years, plays the trumpet and piano, is a member of the Pride of Austin High marching band, and is co-captain of the majorettes. She has 12 years of dance training in multiple disciplines and has acted in many Dreamweavers productions. Marley participated in Hugh O’Brian Leadership, Alabama Girls State, and was invited to Alabama Governor’s School. She is now participating in the Alabama Youth Leadership and Development Program. She has worked as a lifeguard and restaurant server.

Over the years Marley has been involved with Clothe Our Kids of North Alabama, serving meals at Neighborhood Christian Center, and volunteered in the kid’s program at Volunteer Center of Morgan County for 2 years. Her current project is Alpha Zeta. She has a passion for leadership, service, and equality. For these reasons, Alpha Zeta was born with a mission to unite all young women in friendship and service. Marley will tell you that  “Alpha Zeta is for all girls from A to Z.”  Marley’s principal describes her as a “true Renaissance woman.” After graduation, she plans to pursue an exciting career in audio engineering and music performance. Running for Carnegie Carnival Princess will allow her to continue serving her community.
