Willis Orr, the son of Stratton and Lida Orr, is a senior at Decatur Heritage. He has played football and tennis and is involved in various other clubs and organizations. Willis plans to attend Auburn University in the fall. He is running for Carnegie Carnival prince to promote CASA as well as the arts in our community. He is excited to be a part of advancing meaningful change in Decatur.
