Jeff Hallmark is from Fayette, AL and has lived in Decatur with his wife Kim since 1991. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Athens State and owns a local business, Tennessee River Leasing. Jeff currently serves as President of Mosaic Mentoring (formerly Big Brothers Big Sisters). His Hobbies include hunting, working on projects and traveling. His laugh is contagious and he’s known to love good bourbon & cigars. Don’t forget his best girl Roxy, his 10-year-old yellow Lab!
