A native of Trinity, Al, Dustin, his partner, and their two dogs now reside in Old Decatur. An honors graduate of West Morgan High School, Dustin earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University and also earned a Masters of Education from the University of West Alabama. Dustin is in his fifth year as a 3rd grade teacher at West Morgan Elementary School.
Dustin is an active Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters serving Morgan, Lawrence, and Winston Counties. He is also a board member for Animal Friends of Decatur.
A self-proclaimed “beach bum”, Dustin enjoys spending leisure time with family and friends, traveling, and taking trips to the gulf.
