Her hobbies include singing on the Praise and Worship Team at her church, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. She plans to attend Wallace State or Calhoun and earn an Associate’s degree in dental hygiene.
Halie feels that an important part of the Arts in Morgan County is that it gives students and other individuals a chance to express themselves, whether it is in art, plays, or writing. Not everyone has the same thoughts as others, so when people get to convey their thoughts in these forms, it not only means something to them, but it can possibly mean something to others. The Arts in Morgan County also keep history alive through the Princess Theatre, the Carnegie Visual Arts Center, and other venues.
